@zzsql you should just type that number without the colons to connect to that network. i had the same issue where the person used hexadecimal as a passphrase (digits 0 thru 9 and letters A-F) instead of plain text ASCII. Try it out man and let me know if you connected sucessfully

I only know of one method:

If you're handy with computers, shut down the computer and try taking out the CMOS battery (looks like a clock watch) from the main board. But this isn't fun (at least for me) since its right under the keyboard. >_< Keep the battery out for at least 10 minutes. By doing this, the password would be reset.

@cHorGo0072 Try opening your BIOS when you restart your computer and tell your BIOS to boot off of your CD drive before your computer hard discs.  I do this on a netbook with an external DVD drive so that's how I have to do it.
