This is really cool, gotta try out if it works well with low/mid-poly models too, if so it could be used in games fairly easily.

I saw some of the rig-only-WIPs of Sintel's face. They looked terribly complicated compared to this.
So you're basically on your way to redo a rig-only/no-shapekey -face setup?
