Rome is liquidateing and these fraudalent police officers, will come after the common people with a vengance. This is happening all over the U.S, their vampires reptillians they want to suck your blood every single drop.
The black Moors know how to deal with this along with the Sovereign citizens. They sue the hell out of these fraudalent security agents, poseing as public servants. Theyr'e liquidation agents for the state. I have beat them in court and once you do that they will black list you.
For those who would argue that what happened to Kelly Thomas was an isolated incident, that those were just a few bad cops & that most cops would be appalled & not support such actions, bare in mind that these "poor under paid cops" in fullerton raised the tens to a hundred plus thousand non refundable to secure the 1 million dollar bail of the primary offender. And behold the efforts at taxpayer expense to intimidate those protesting or supporting the protest. Fullerton has a bad force. sorry!
Fullerton Police 714-738-6800 tell them how you feel
Manuel Ramos Second-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter
Joseph Wolfe helped trap hold down and beat the victim
Jay Cicinelli Involuntary manslaughter use of excessive force
Kenton Hampton assisted in holding the victim down
Kevin Craig assisted in holding the victim down with his knee in the victims back still employed James Blatney assisted in holding the victims arms and legs
No, they don't "...got prison..." Only two are currently being charged, and only one with murder. Jay Cicinelli, if convicted of involuntary manslaughter will only see a couple years - and NOT in the general population of inmates. Both will get off lightly only to get book deals afterwards. Police can kill unarmed citizens.
The Fullerton Police Dept. is under so much scrutiny after all of this...including an FBI INVESTIGATION.. and they are behaving like LITTLE F'CKING KIDS.. sitting in crosswalks (which btw we'd be ticketed for if we did) .. then "attempting to intimidate people by writing down license plate numbers and pulling them over!! What the hell?!?! Grow the f@!k up ... These bastards and their egos is pathetic.
That means that there are a lot of other City Employees working for the Police department that are into some serious shit. Mark my words...there are going to be many Cops coming clean and working deals with the D.A's Office and Internal Affairs so their asses don't get locked up for a decade or better.
It's about time that my fellow citizens are now acting in a vigilant manner as outlined in our founding documents the way they should have always been doing. The citizens of Fullerton now have the full support of the whole country behind them . If Ramos, having a 10 years history as a city employee with the Police Department was like that, his fellow employees not only knew about his character but condonned it.
Fatass cops have nothing better to do. Pig should be fired and force to get a real job. When it all comes crashing down they will only have themselves to blame.
@sammydavisjrsr Now THAT'S what I call righteous indignation ! Since the FPD is punishing those engaged in peaceful protest the logical conclusion is they want it the other way. Bullies keep pushing and taking your milk money until they get a city-sized beat-down. I hope someone gets good footage of it when it happens so the rest of us can enjoy it !
If I were to hear of this "officer" and police union member taking a load of buckshot in one of his chins during a HONKING citation attempt I would be the first to donate to the gunowner's legal defense fund. It would be an honor and a privilege to do so. If ARMED CITIZENS tore that rats nest of an organization down brick by brick and buried every one of these state union members beneath the rubble I wouldn't be surprised... nor disappointed. Let it start in Fullerton, I say.
SGT. GOODRICH IS FAT, LYING, CORRUPT,DIRTY, WHITE TRASH FUCKEN PIG ... I HOPE HE DIES OF A MASSIVE HEART ATTACK... DIE YOU LYING FAT FUCK DIE... DIE FULLERTON PIGGS DIE DIE DIE
There needs to be a large-scale uprising against the corrupt liars that are involved in Law Enforcement in this State. Yah, there are a few good cops, but if they are so good, why are they not standing up? People need to wake up and lash out at the swine who think they can get away with this crap. The Kelly Thomas incident is just the tip of the iceberg. Similar incidents like this occur every day, but are hushed so the public doesn't clue in. We need more than a protest to make a point!!!
A federal judge agreed with protesters that motorists who honk their horn in support are exercising their right to free speech, which is protected under the first amendment. (put a . in place of the 'dot' to follow the link. commondreams dot org/archive/2008/02/01/6787
(a) The driver of a motor vehicle when reasonably necessary to insure safe operation shall give audible warning with his horn.
(b) The horn shall not otherwise be used, except as a theft alarm system which operates as specified in Article 13 (commencing with Section 28085) of this chapter.
@Voooff If you would read a little you would see that we have a first amendment right to honk a horn in protest. That trumps the CA Code they used to try to silence their weekly reminder of what they did and what they have failed to do. Attitudes like yours are not helping cops like your son. This is not going to go away and if the P.D. does nothing and the D.A. does nothing, the public wrath is going to turn on the unions. I've always supported LE and their unions but I see this happening.
@annagitana1 How is a blind citizen supposed to safely cross the street if his ability to hear the "safe to cross" indicator is drowned out by the sound of your honking protesteres? So your interprtation of a first amendment right is more important than pedestrian safety? With LE supporters like you, who needs enemies.
@Voooff Seriously? Do you think 200 people standing there are going to ignore a blind person trying to safely cross? The horn honking is limited to the area directly in front of the PD, where hundreds of us are protesting. People of all kinds walk by every Sat. Some, with their assistance dogs, are part of our protest. We have all made sure that pedestrians, including little kids on scooters and bikes can safely cross. This isn't about safety. It's about repression.
@Voooff Oh and BTW, I fully support the police. I just don't support murderers. If you think our protest of the murder of an unarmed homeless man makes us enemies of the police, you are nuts. Everyone needs to stand up against police brutality. Especially the police. You don't get that but both Santa Ana and Orange P.D. did as their patrols honked their own horns in support of us when we are at the DA's office last Thursday. They know how wrong Kelly's murder was. Too bad you don't.
@annagitana1 You are talking apples and oranges. Enforcing Vehicle Code 27001 is not synonomous with supporting murderers. Say a pedestrian is crossing the street anywhere in the general area. How is that pedestrian supposed to decipher a horn directed at him because his life is in danger versus a random driver honking their horn as they drive past the protest?
@Voooff Gee, I don't know. How about they stop and figure it out? It's very clear there is a protest going on at that location. I haven't seen any confused pedestrians.
@Voooff And BTW, friend, the federal court is clear in rulings regarding horn honking. If it is done to send a clear, and understandable message, it is protected "speech". Honking at union rallys, or in support of our troops, etc., has all been deemed protected speech. And that trumps the Vehicle code.
I know you can't stand any criticism of police officers, whether they are murderers or not, but we are not going away. We're from all walks of life, every political party and we want justice.
@annagitana1 I'm sure in your liberal mind there should be two horns on the steering wheel. One to alert those in danger and one to express your protest.
@Voooff You should thank us "liberals". Because if the DA does nothing or not enough and if the FPD continues to do nothing, the wrath of the public is going to be aimed at the police unions who are already taking flak for affording 6 murderers paid vacation rather than firing them.
In fact, at least 1/2 of the protestors are conservatives who would like to reduce the police unions to nothing and decimate your son's pension and pay. The unions/police would be wise to get behind Kelly, now.
@annagitana1 Cops can't get behind anyone. They are by nature very violent and mentally ill, that is what drives many of them to the force, not all of them but most of them. They protect each others crimes.
Make sure you go with God on this one and change those laws.
BTW, Fullerton business owners, many of us who protest each Saturday also shop and eat nearby after the protest. But it's okay, because I really doubt any of you are complaining. It's a lie told by the police who cannot stand the weekly reminder that 6 of their finest murdered an unarmed, gentle soul, just because they thought no one would care. I saw the smug smile of the cop who was radioing his buddy with the car descriptions of the honkers. I will make sure to make so much noise next Sat.!
I was there. They are sick of us coming, every single Saturday, and reminding them that we will not give up until there is justice for Kelly and his family. They are trying to intimidate Kelly's supporters. They are trying to deny us and our civil right to protest. This is banana republic style intimidation. If this is not how you want your government to be able to act, come on down, every Saturday in front of the Fullerton P.D. anytime between 9-3 and be a voice for justice. We won't be silent.
i work at that shoe repair in the video and i was wondering what those cops where doing sitting out side our parking lot what a waste, i wish i coulda seen em do this
I have known Mr. Navarro for many years and he is a very nice man. I will never return to Capri Shoes because of your post. My son has served Fulleron PD honorably for 16 years and you don't trust his patrol car parked in your lot! It's clear this business does not support the police so I will encourage many not to trust your business. Very sad.
@Voooff How can we trust the police after this? We know that not all police would do such a thing but because of the action of 6 rogue cops and the inaction of the department, we have a lot to fear and don't know who to trust. How can you not understand that? And the conduct of the department on Saturday was reprehensible. I saw the smug looks and smirks. They were enjoying their little game, trying to silence us. It won't work.

@Voooff jeez man its not even like that i just think think putting able bodied police officers to do such menial task aint right if you think that makes me our the shop anti cop thats your thing and if mr navarro is so nice why would you pull a move like that and they wernt even parke in the lot it just looked like a ssomething was going down, and weve never done anything anti police
Same thing happened in Vaughan, Canada area. Two tow truck drivers testified against a cop for beating a man who had a seizure. The cops were always on these guys tail giving tickets for small things.
This is why initially it was not in the constitution to have a standing police force. State militia and sheriffs were to handle legal infractions. We have these idiots with God complexes running around saying we can't own guns, we can't protest, we can't assemble and we can't form militia (under the Patriout act) and then ask us to trust them. It's absolute tyrany. Something our forefathers would revolt against.
The Sad Part about this is that this happen to innocent people all the time but is not noticed at all by the main stream media botched raids..... people holding remotes..... getting killed but you never hear about it in main stream media we need to take freedom back people.
@hdtvcamera1 Actually only one ticket was revoked and that was only after I called BS on the Watch Commander who feigned innocence and then changed his story and said only warnings would be issued. Much to his credit he did rescind the one citation.
@hdtvcamera1 The tickets are NOT being revoked. Only one was. There was a big rig driver who honked and was ticketed. He didn't know about the support of those ticketed and how to ask that it be revoked. I doubt businesses are complaining. That's what the F.P.D. uses as an excuse. They are trying to silence us. Sustained honking is another voice. You want us to shout louder? Blow hand held horns? We can make more noise than a car can. This is our reminder that justice is coming!
@annagitana1 Steven Gregory, a reporter from KFI spoke to the interm chief and was told the tickets were being revoked. If you have any evidence of your statement it is contrary to what he was told by the interim chief contact Stephen Gregory through KFI's website. I can't imagine that the interim chief would be so stupid as to lie to a reporter that is know for getting the bottom of things.
@hdtvcamera1 They also lied and said they were NOT ticketing supporters. I won't believe a thing coming out of the mouths of the FPD until I see it with my own eyes, at this point. We were there, we saw them lie. How is the poor big rig driver going to know he can have his ticket revoked? he's just going to quietly pay it so he doesn't get in trouble with his boss. These are liars who will say what they can when they realize the public is on to them.
Google "excessive honking protest", and the top articles that come up are about this incident and Ugandan police arresting horn-honking activists, Fullerton PD wants to be in a class with brutal totalitarian police states (re-posted for the changeling613 because it was marked as spam but is not. in all actuality it is a thought provoking comparison)
I am 100% Sure I could take that ticket to court and get it dropped on grounds of free speech... there would have to be some sort of noise ordanace to restrict noise. you cant just outlaw one type of loud noise and allow someone with a louder go just because the tool was somthing other than a car horn
The police are protectorates of the non-preliterate. They will unlawfully break far more meaningful laws in their careers of public "service" than lawfully enforce meaningless laws.
Google "excessive honking protest", and the top articles that come up are about this incident and Ugandan police arresting horn-honking activists, Fullerton PD wants to be in a class with brutal totalitarian police states
You all need to have a BIG protest. use all forms of social media craigs list face book tw|tter if i lived close to you i would protest too. this is a outrage ! this is like the 1930's in Germany cops intimidating the public into giving up the freedoms they legally have.
@SkeksisRule i don't rly think its as simple as that. they need limits to their authority. its great that ppl are taking video footage of these guys. empirical evidence is our best weapon against them! that way they won't be able to hide behind their paperwork and rehearsed speeches.
Instead of letting them "crack down" on you guys, turn the tables and "crack down" on them. Walk up to them, tell them they are stripped of their authority, let them know they no longer control the city, let them know they have no authority granted to them to harras people. crack down on police misconduct. Crack down on the police actions. Publicly reject their assumed authority. Let them know they are no longer in control. It's the people who run the government, not the other way around.
@twn5858 When they act outside of the rule of law, they are automatically stripped of their authority, people just need to affirm it. They work for the people or have you forgot that?
@diskman01 Cops act outside of the rule of law all the time and they are never stripped of their authority! Police absolutely don't work for the people, if they did I would have fired them a long time ago. You are not living in reality if you think people can strip them of their authority. You are going to get people killed if you tell them to do that!
Also, didn't you hear about Rochester, the police were ticketing people who were supporting a lady who was unlawfully arrested for recording the police from her front porch? All the tickets got thrown out. The police were committing acts of retaliation against people who dare speak out against them.
@diskman01 right but see the cops dont care if it gets thrown out - here is what they were doing . . . 1 intimidation - people go out of their way to avoid any civilian/police enteraction. whether it is time or money most cant afford police/civilian enteraction
2 they want you to get mad about being harassed and do something wrong so they can really arrest you
3 alot of people will just pay tickets cause they dont have the time or money to go fight it in court meaning profit for pigs

@diskman01 yeah, you go ahead and try that with a cop. next time a cop trys to unlawfully give you a command you stip him of his authority and publicly reject his gun and hand cuffs - let me know how well that works out for you - especially when it gets to the point where you cant afford the right lawyer and the judge sides with the cop.
Isn't life grand in a Communist Soviet Style police state. We are truly America in name only, America no longer exists. Land of the free, home of the brave? Try getting on the Alex Jones show, he does stories like this horn ticket writing assault against "We the People", This will bring national attention to the Kelly Thomas murder as well, and maybe the murdering black uniform Stasi will think twice before committing murder against one of our fellow Americans, but I doubt it. Is there no honor?
Damn! That whole police department is a corrupt bunch of bullies. Never heard of somebody getting a ticket for honking their horn, all those pigs need fired. Was that 3 cars going after one car for honking? Guess they want to go in groups big enough to beat people to death if they don't like the person. I don't know why your police are such ass-holes there, they don't act like that here. That dept. needs some major changes.
Well I know one thing, it's obvious they do not care about life, liberty or the pursuit of happiness...they only care about pursuit, injustice and death.

These pigs have run amok. 3 police cars to issue a citation? All these bigs walk the thin blue line. Getting revenge for their 6 in blue.

@mouseatk1, I agree about don't back down.
hapch100 5 months ago
This is why initially it was not in the constitution to have a standing police force. State militia and sheriffs were to handle legal infractions. We have these idiots with God complexes running around saying we can't own guns, we can't protest, we can't assemble and we can't form militia (under the Patriout act) and then ask us to trust them. It's absolute tyrany. Something our forefathers would revolt against.

The Sad Part about this is that this happen to innocent people all the time but is not noticed at all by the main stream media botched raids..... people holding remotes..... getting killed but you never hear about it in main stream media we need to take freedom back people.

That's it joe stick to your guns buddy, people who don't back down tend to change the world.

The tickets are being revoked.
A short toot of agreement is OK. Full blow 5 second horn honks..not OK.
CA code does not allow for any horn honking other than to warn of a potential accident.
The businesses are complaining.
I want Justice for Kelly. What's taking so damn long?
hdtvcamera1 5 months ago
@hdtvcamera1 Actually only one ticket was revoked and that was only after I called BS on the Watch Commander who feigned innocence and then changed his story and said only warnings would be issued. Much to his credit he did rescind the one citation.
Prokin7 5 months ago
@hdtvcamera1 The tickets are NOT being revoked. Only one was. There was a big rig driver who honked and was ticketed. He didn't know about the support of those ticketed and how to ask that it be revoked. I doubt businesses are complaining. That's what the F.P.D. uses as an excuse. They are trying to silence us. Sustained honking is another voice. You want us to shout louder? Blow hand held horns? We can make more noise than a car can. This is our reminder that justice is coming!
annagitana1 5 months ago
@annagitana1 Steven Gregory, a reporter from KFI spoke to the interm chief and was told the tickets were being revoked. If you have any evidence of your statement it is contrary to what he was told by the interim chief contact Stephen Gregory through KFI's website. I can't imagine that the interim chief would be so stupid as to lie to a reporter that is know for getting the bottom of things.
hdtvcamera1 5 months ago
@hdtvcamera1 They also lied and said they were NOT ticketing supporters. I won't believe a thing coming out of the mouths of the FPD until I see it with my own eyes, at this point. We were there, we saw them lie. How is the poor big rig driver going to know he can have his ticket revoked? he's just going to quietly pay it so he doesn't get in trouble with his boss. These are liars who will say what they can when they realize the public is on to them.

The Fullerton police need federal oversight. This is a group of men, with guns, who are out of control. Time for the Feds to move in.

MsSarahJ56 5 months ago
I am 100% Sure I could take that ticket to court and get it dropped on grounds of free speech... there would have to be some sort of noise ordanace to restrict noise. you cant just outlaw one type of loud noise and allow someone with a louder go just because the tool was somthing other than a car horn

H O N K !!!! HONK HONK HONK HONNNNNNK!!!!

The police are protectorates of the non-preliterate. They will unlawfully break far more meaningful laws in their careers of public "service" than lawfully enforce meaningless laws.

Just so you know "honking" in protest is covers by the first amendment and the ticket should be thrown out!
dani21496 5 months ago 2
This is a first amendment issue. Call your local ACLU. They would LOVE to hear about this!
dani21496 5 months ago
You all need to have a BIG protest. use all forms of social media craigs list face book tw|tter if i lived close to you i would protest too. this is a outrage ! this is like the 1930's in Germany cops intimidating the public into giving up the freedoms they legally have.

SkeksisRule 5 months ago 18
@SkeksisRule i don't rly think its as simple as that. they need limits to their authority. its great that ppl are taking video footage of these guys. empirical evidence is our best weapon against them! that way they won't be able to hide behind their paperwork and rehearsed speeches.
machellacoachella 5 months ago
Instead of letting them "crack down" on you guys, turn the tables and "crack down" on them. Walk up to them, tell them they are stripped of their authority, let them know they no longer control the city, let them know they have no authority granted to them to harras people. crack down on police misconduct. Crack down on the police actions. Publicly reject their assumed authority. Let them know they are no longer in control. It's the people who run the government, not the other way around.
diskman01 5 months ago
@diskman01 Except to get a bullet in the head if you try something like that.
twn5858 5 months ago
@twn5858 When they act outside of the rule of law, they are automatically stripped of their authority, people just need to affirm it. They work for the people or have you forgot that?
diskman01 5 months ago
@diskman01 Cops act outside of the rule of law all the time and they are never stripped of their authority! Police absolutely don't work for the people, if they did I would have fired them a long time ago. You are not living in reality if you think people can strip them of their authority. You are going to get people killed if you tell them to do that!
twn5858 5 months ago 5
Also, didn't you hear about Rochester, the police were ticketing people who were supporting a lady who was unlawfully arrested for recording the police from her front porch? All the tickets got thrown out. The police were committing acts of retaliation against people who dare speak out against them.
diskman01 5 months ago

That will do wonders for the bad public relations they already have, what a bunch of stupid moronic thugs.
