  • That blonde lady at the beginning can get it

  • I had surgery so 1/2 my meniscus is gone, for strengthening would i still do this?

im 15 years old :S thanks.

  • Well, there are tons of sports analysts that have never even played the sports they cover. What's your point?

  • Okay, this guy works as a fitness instructor, YET HE'S FAT. Does ANYONE else think that there is a "disconnect" here???

  • @openuniverse2003 I bet you this guy could toss your around like a rag doll. Does it look great if you're ripped and strong? Sure, but have ever seen the Tough Man competition? Those guys are all fat but they harness enough power to probably remove limbs from your body.

  • @CesarOnYourTube You must not be good at that "thinking" stuff, son. He's holding himself out as a fitness expert. 99% of people who want to be "fit" want to be THIN. This guy's neck and his chin have no discernible separation, ergo, HE IS FAT, regardless of how strong he is. Understand? I'm guessing the answer is still "No".

  • @openuniverse2003 To put it simply 'son', you're wrong but this is YouTube so I'm not going to waste my time arguing with someone who wants to be prick for no apparent reason.

To educate you on the topic of fat trainers, it's actually a much more common trend than some people, such as yourself, would think.

Many clients are more comfortable with trainers who don't look like they just walked off the cover of a magazine. This can become very discouraging to people.

  • @CesarOnYourTube "Fat trainers" are a "much more common trend"??? LOL! YOU ARE AN IDIOT! LOL!

  • @CesarOnYourTube Man trainers usually should be fit but since his age he can be a bit fat . but its not like its better ofcourse not . having a role model trainer to be encouraged by him feeels better than a fat trainer tellign u to do ab exercise while he sits on the bench

  • @openuniverse2003 True mate but he almsot definetly had a proper history in his 20s being fit and all and so he is in his mid-40s now so probably he is slowing it down no problem in that
