This is polish band Myslovitz and the song is called " Deszcz " what means rain. This band is quite famous in Poland and you can find a lot more their songs on youtube :)

i have been looking all around for this same thing, i love this song but i cannot find it anywhere, I've searched thunder, song, polish, tried to make up some lyrics phonetically, but nothing!

I can understand why some of you would think it may be french. most of the french signers sound like that ^^; very clear voice. But do not mistake me here; this surely isn't french, but it sure sounds good ^^

yah you are right it looks romanian..
and the singer voice looks just like yarabi << another romanian band..
but there's alot of "sh..sh.." right?

maybe it's a "hybrid" language... like wolof... (no, this is not wolof!) sounds like french and russian mix with a little croatial taste... i think it's bulgarian... maybe.
