If it comes back, get some neosporin, the petroleum kind works better, put a glob on at night, cover with bandage, do this a couple of days. The gel will actually soften the spot. I have seen these cyst pop on their own or if you just barely squeeze it, the majority will come out. Until you get that sack out, you will continue to get that thing filling back up. Get the sack out....
