The male pelvis is shaped differently. Male bone structure and musculature cannot be undone. I've got some handy tricks just in case I every fine myself in a situation where i am unsure.
Blood tests may be necessary in the future. But at the moment simple visual inspection is sufficient.

DNA and brain chemistry are also biology.There are many theories on what determines gender identity, it's an acknowledged possibility that these factors have an influence. If you believe that genitalia determine gender, what of intersexed people born with both? Are they male? Female? Both? Neither? Who decides and when? The doctor at birth? Doctors have chosen the wrong gender multiple times.
