People just need to learn the correct terminology....it's only a planche when the arms are straight...as soon as you bend the arms even a bit it becomes "not a planche".
You DO understand this but I see videos all over YouTube of people doing something they call a "planche" that is nothing but gym junk and relatively easy.
When they do that it cheapens the hard work that others have endured to be able to da a real planche.
Has more muscle on him then the bigger guy and that's why he can do them if they both had the same Body Fat 5 lets say 5% then they would have an equal amount of oppurtunity to be able to do a planche pushup. Now if the bigger guy had 25% Body fat % and the little guy had 5% then It would be easier for the little guy to do them but that is only because the bigger guy has more fat on him then the little guy.
It seems no one has mentioned the fact that although he's skinny that doesn't make it any easier for him to do a planche pushup. Let's just say there's a 100 lbs guy and a 200 lbs guy the 100 lbs guy can do planche pushups and the 200 lbs guys can't. Well the bigger guy says the smaller guy can only do it because he ways less. Well that's untrue the 100 lbs guy can only hold 100 lbs of muscle max where as the 200 lbs guy could hold 200 lbs of muscle max. So all it means is that the little guy.

PART 1: Be fair muscleheads, the video subject is only a boy - perhaps 16 but more likely a year or two younger - so, of course, he is all arms and legs and disproportioned, as all boys are who have attained near adult height but remain physically immature. It is impressive what strength he has at his age. @Coops931 This is called having zero weight to lift having chicken legs. Not hard. Try doing this when you actually do some leg exercises in conjunction with upper body workouts rather than just training upper body at 120lbs. Then it'll be impressive.
