Ah, God, this girl...her point makes absolutely no sense. It's not that they don't want dorks on the show, or just a bunch of vapid, pretty faces to go with the talent. They want people who can sing and want to make it as a singer, not stupid attention whores who want their fifteen minutes of fame. Sorry, but dressing up in Princess Leia buns and proclaiming her "uniqueness" on national TV makes her an attention whore, and frankly she gives female nerds like me a bad name.

I actually liked her voice at the beginning of the audition; it was different. It only got worse later on, when her control dissolved.

But it was egotistical of her to just assume that they didn't care about her voice. There's nothing wrong with self-confidence, but she's just a self-proclaimed talent who can't accept that her rejection might have been because her voice wasn't that good.
