I see two old ones sat in the Sidings at South Harrow whenever i travel on the Piccailly Line, but the funny thing is why would the replace them after 13-14 years of sevice. Thats soo less

@Luxayan Because more trains were needed for the jubilee line extension, and these trains were unsuitable.

The 1983 tube stock is like a brother/sister to the D78 Stock I seen one driving motor carrage at the Museum depot at Acton Town

2:35 the contrast between the '83 and the D stock is massive - apart from the fact that one is tube and the other sub-surface

Fred Iveys videos are great and they look very professional, I wonder if he filmed any more footage of the 1983 stock? as it is quite rare to come by.
