The sword, known as Claimh Solais, can be found in the Forbidden Area. To get the the Forbidden Area, you need the Undine soul and another soul (I used Curly) to get past a waterfall in the Underground Reservoir, if I remember right.
The soul, Black Panther, can be obtained by defeating Grahm, I think.
