due to not having any true friend until i was about 10, I can speak from my experiences with loneliness. A lot of it for me had to do with self worth, because i had no friends and my mom was not the nicest person to be around, I thought that I was just not that good of a human being. My first ever friend was named Paul. At the time I was obsessed with spending all my time with him because I was almost scared to be alone. To me, loneliness is something you have to experience to understand.

Back in 4th and 5th grade i was always trying to be as close to my friends as i can all the time because i was afraid that many people will think that I have no friends. There are different ways to understand fear of loneliness. Back in 4th and 5th grade i was always trying to be as close to my friends as i can all the time because i was afraid that many people will think that I have no friends. I was never addicted to facebook but i assume it is either because people chatted with each other when they couldn't meet each other, or either they did not want to meet person in real life.
