  • Rosacea is treatable. : Great video.

  • great stuff

  • Can you eat fruits on this diet??

  • @RiPcOrDz83,

The Rosacea Diet is only for thirty days. After the thirty days you can go back to whatever you were eating before or you can alter it any way you want. The 30 day Rosacea Diet allows fruit but only within the limits prescribed which is no more than 30 grams of carbohydrate a day. Fruit contains high concentrations of carbohydrate, but yes, you can choose to eat whatever fruit you want as long as you do not exceed 30 grams of total carbohydrate a day for 30 days only.

thank very much for your info.

  • Try iuniverse and look for the ebook pdf only $6. Google iuniverse and enter the book store and type in 'rosacea' and look for Rosacea 101 which includes the Rosacea Diet.

  • What about salt? Like crisps...

And no sugar! Wow that sounds so hard

  • Salt is mentioned in an article in the new

Journal of the Rosacea Research & Development Institute,

intitled, The Effect of Dietary Salt on Rosacea by Helen Cooper

who advocates salt. As to sugar, you can keep eating it. I mention

over and over the Rosacea Diet isn't easy or for everyone, but many

have reported it works for them. The choice is totally up to you.

  • You seem like a candid dude.

Candid dudes are rare. And appreciated.

  • @Bubdylan524 lol

  • This is amazing !!!! I just found your youtube and this is what I have been doing for about 4 years....no sugar and I noticed that I was not turning as red as I use to!!!!!

  • @DreeLulu - That is basically how I discovered it in 1999 and decided to publish it on the internet and many have found it does indeed help control their rosacea.

  • Hi, I come from Colombia, i have had rosacea for 10-12 years now. Now it's really getting worse, it's affecting my eyes and my vision. I have tried many things, I would be SO GLAD if I could get your book but I don't know how to get it here in colombia, WHAT CAN I DO????

    THANKS

  • Contact me through youtube

  • I have rosacea, I believe mine is caused by SIBO, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth as the sugar and carbs feed bad candida bacteria. If I indulge in anything sugary i.e. cake or chocolate I would get a flare-up the next day or two days after. I am taking doxycycline antibiotics and I take probiotics every morning keeping them at least 4 hours apart. I've cut out sugar and any inflammatory from my diet including alcohol. My face in general is much better.

  • @wilkoman3 - I have an editorial on SIBO and rosacea. It is on my web site.

  • The headaches that people have on the diet most likely I would think is from caffeine withdrawals most likely. caffeine is something that needs to be tapered off of gradually then I would think that if people do this diet they will see that they do not have headaches--meaning the headaches were most likely caused by caffeine in the first place.

  • ok i belive taht this work but i must ask you waht to eat?? i mean realy waht to eat evert day and waht not? pls help me

p.s i cant buy your book becouse in my country we dont have your book

  • Brady you are a legend mate. I have tried your diet(if I am completely honest I did not follow it to the letter) but nevertheless It worked wonders. Redness is almost gone, blotchy skin is gone, lost weight and I even flush less often. I am 20 years old male and have tried so many over the counter products and not one of them seemed to help. I urge fellow rosacea sufferers to give this diet a go.

Thank you man. You are a true gentleman and a scholar. Keep up the good work.

  • cool

  • Thanks mate.
