Does anybody know what the 16th ammendment say in regards to your income taxes? The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration. Complete and utter disregard for Article 1 section 9 which came before it which makes it UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

ex post facto meaning after the fact, most people think of it as criminalizing something that when done wasn't a crime and then charging that person under a new law, but it's any law that affects the actions of something done before hand, so yes, granting retroactive immunity and legalizing something that was a crime when done is an ex post facto law, and is void and it is up to the people to take full control of the government and charge them with crimes and try them in a court of the people.
