Recycling is almost dumb. Not metal as there is a lot of money in recycling metal, but fyi much of the recycling we do is in fact detrimental to the environment. Recycling plastic puts many harmful chemicals into the environment as does paper. Paper comes from trees, which is America is an extremely renewable resource. People farm trees much like they do any produce, cut them down, and than plant them again. There is much credible information online that will confirm this so feel free to google.
