That's definitely not true. Albert Einstein lived to be 76, for example. There are dozens (more like thousands) of other vegetarians and vegans that have lived very far into old age. If you plan your meals, as everyone should, you can live extremely healthily on a veg diet. Obtaining protein, iron, B12, calcium, and vitamin C & D are very easy in a plant-based lifestyle. Removing "bad" fats and cancerous pus from our intake is a good thing.

The place where that bull was having its horns cut off weren't close enough to the head to hurt it.
