I've followed Laws playing for decades; but this recording was awful...like some Hotel musak for elevators.

Forlane was the only good cut..Ravel's music and less sappy arrangement.

It's sad that one of the greatest flutists has recorded so much commercial crap.

What? This album sucked. Cornball music in general except for the Ravel piece Forlane form the Tombeau de C.

Laws is always terrible with Pop music...every time he plays this sort of easy listening stuff it's plain awful...elevator music. Sounds like a soundtrak for a Cop Show circa 1972.

And some of the fusion Classical does not always work either...like Romeo and Juliet. Just comes off as Kitsch.

And the Cover Art? WTF? Who picked that?

Rite of Spring was a much better album.

Whole song and album is dope, but that little Rhodes interlude at 5:37 just blows my mind, it's so short and brief but has a very deep melody to it. Love the contrast.

I once had this Album back in the 70's(Romeo & Juliet ) I wanted to buy it againbut when I checked Amazon it was selling as a collectors CD for hundreds of dollars. Does anyone know where it can be purchased at a reasonable price. I would be grateful for the help
