how you get more flexible is do the stretches that are hard for you everyday and eventually you will get more flexible. this is how he might get more fleible. everybodys different.

in a sense, yes. if you stretch too much at any one time you will cause strain to your muscles and damage them, you can stretch as much as you want in a day just not all at the same time :)
