  • For my workouts, and my training, i have been trying to work on my lower body flexibility. Like touching my toes while sitting down, or standing up strraight and just bending down to touch my toes. Any advice?

  • when u stretch what does it actually do to your body when u get more flexible

  • @AliDawson your muscle realeases a chemical while stretching that allows the muscle to lose it's tightness, and stretching

  • 20 minutes isn't enough, i stretch whenever possible,when i'm watching tv, even when im lay in bed at night :L cuz stretch, stretch, stretch and persevere and you'llget whereyou want to be in no time :)

  • in a sense, yes. if you stretch too much at any one time you will cause strain to your muscles and damage them, you can stretch as much as you want in a day just not all at the same time :)

  • He isn't that flexible himself... Look at his 'stretced' leg in 1min50. It's not completely stretched, his muscles are allready shortened...

  • Of course they will have an impact...you cant become flexible in a few weeks...it takes warm-ups and practice.
