@ChrisH2049 Right, well, I'm getting better at this. It takes me like 4 minutes to complete it now, because I try not to die. I'm getting better with timing now. My biggest problem is the narrow passage, and the last bit. Thanks for the advice, I'll be sure to try it out.

@hyperacti yes ,but according to chris the record was set using cheat codes wich means the time is not valid. i got very close to set a 3x but those ramps at the end always give me some trouble.in the other hand chris appears to handle them whit ease so, i wouldnt be surprised if he demolish even that time now

Thanks. I'm sure there is room for improvement. I didn't use the best parts, nor did I turn on any of the cheats, which the game allows on the Obstacle.

Hold L+R the whole time.

tap Z+[C-up]+[C-right]

tap Z+[C-down]+[C-left]

tap Z+[C-left]+[C-up]

(Have to do these taps rather quickly.), That Cheat Activation Combo Doesn't Work, EVEN If I Do It Quickly Still Doesn't Work

Yeah, the N64 is really strict about entering this code.

You MUST be very precise.

While holding both L+R buttons, You tap Z and C-up and C-right at the same time. That's 3 buttons you're tapping simultaneously...and ONLY those 3 (except L+R which you should be still holding)...make sure you don't accidentally press any other button.

Then immediately tap the next 3 buttons...and so on. All while still holding L+R (never let them go).

I don't know what else to tell you.

I remember I'd come home from school everyday and take a crack at it and one day I eventually got my fastest time ever and I don't think I've played since then. 1:37 was the time. lol guess what. my good computer broke the other day so i decided to whip out the n64 and play some obby course.

at first i made a time of 1:40.417 which i thought was good... using my traditional method.

but now, without using ANY cheats, i just made a time of 1:37.132. omg. you probably don't believe me since i dont have a vid of it but i took pictures of it on my phone lol...

yeah so, to improve my time i just sped thru some parts that i normally slowed down for. beast huh?

well first you need to create a save file. So you'll need a memory pak or whatever they call it. Then it'll save all your stunt points so you can unlock the other stunt tracks and eventually this obstacle course.

Are there many versions for this? Your rims were red colored. I can't change the colors of my rims. Also, I've seen tracks with actual names. My tracks are just "Track 1" "Stunt 4" etc. Do I have a diff. version?

AND, i think that if i have a perfect run where absolutely nothing goes wrong, i may be able to get like 1:39.999 lol. at the moment i'm using a Euro-Lx with light-alloy frame and i have normal for the handling, as a tradeoff to what i think i saw u say you use (std-alloy with advanced handle?) so those would prolly cancel each other out... and i think that one time i was able to enter the "swing wing" (thing at the end where you have to keep swapping orientation) at 1:23, 5 secs off your 1:28.

i'll keep you posted on my progress. last night, i ran 1:45.1. not only that, i was able to run another 1:45 while still messing up on some parts. so i do believe under 1:40 is possible. right now, i'm expecting to barely beat this record by a few tenths. thats easily possible. i also calculated, that i can run as low as a 1:41 (one time i was able to enter the last tube as slow as 1:18 and still made a time of 1:51) therefore, since i can normally enter the tube at 1:08, thats 10 secs off 1:51.

Yeah. It's essentially the last Stunt track, unlocked after accumulating 1 million total stunt points.
