I was in Westminster for the Guy Fawkes Quadricentennial Celebration of 2005 but it wasn't as fun as the Fourth of July. Also, there was an initiative to outlaw fireworks. It was bad enough Westminster reminded me of New York City but it didn't have to emulate it like that.
