This is the like only game I know of which has like 60 MB of game data and 700 MB of music on the game CD. And the music was in standard CD tracks, so you could play it with a 2000s era CD player too.
Wouldn't surprise me if the effort they put into making the music was proportionally just as big. Even today, it's one of the best soundtracks a game ever had.
The first rabbids of rayman was ok, but the rest just ruined the point of rayman in my opinion cuz of the minigames, I expected rayman to be like rayman 2 or 3

Actually, in Rayman 2, all the Silver Lums you get gave you permanent powers, like swinging on Purple Lums, charging your shots, and so on. In Rayman 3 though, the only permanent power-up you got was that face-pulling move, which was near useless unless you're really low on health.

Goldensurfer, I don't care who's better, because Betilla still kicks ass. This is the only true Rayman game that I've played and loved and I loved her for giving you (Rayman) some of the coolest powers like hand grabs, ring swings (lol), Flying, Dashing, and so on. There's at least 4 awesome powers she gives you. ^^

Oh god... Nostalgia... Rayman went downhill. It started out with this great one and moved onto Rabbids (wtf?) THEY NEED TO BRING BACK THE OLD ONE

i still have this game and right now i'm in art land but its so hard (band land and blue mountains are kinda simple) and i love this soundtrack (i have this game on playstation)

you have to get all cages so that you can go to the last place to fight mr.dark... i've completed the game when i was way younger..... and the only reason why i'm still in art land is because i use the 99 lives cheat so i can't really save but i get to art land easliy.and i'm pretty sure joe's is a hard level can you tell me how to get pasted the boncind level in art land by the way

Goldensurfer, I don't care who's better, because Betilla still kicks ass. This is the only true Rayman game that I've played and loved and I loved her for giving you (Rayman) some of the coolest powers like hand grabs, ring swings (lol), Flying, Dashing, and so on. There's at least 4 awesome powers she gives you. ^^

true, true. well i've only ever played the original pc rayman, and rayman 2 "the great escape" on the n64. and going by those i'd say ly is the better fairy lol.

Actually, there was a statue of Ly in Rayman 3. It was an easter egg. There was also a statue of Razorbeard and his Troops at some sort of pub if I remember. It's been a while since I've played the game.
