Some alternatives to the emulators listed (which will mostly be TAS emulators) are..
SNES: snes9x
NES: FCE Ultra / Jnes (for Kaillera, same creator as Project64)
GBA: VisualboyAdvance
N64: Mupen 64 (Mupen 64k or Project 64k if you're interested in Kaillera)
