His name isn't Kevin. It's James Heller and his middle name hasn't been given. His team wasn't sent into the Red Zone to find Alex, they were sent in to secure various positions in the Red Zone. But these are known suicide missions. James' entire unit was wiped out, but James fought to the center of the Red Zone alone, which caught Alex's attention which lead to him infecting Heller. There have been no signs that Alex wants to die. You're wrong.

@jerremiaegels I am a Prototype fan, only that i am not gay-butt-sex obsessed with the protagonist in the first game. Plus...Why would Heller be with Alex to destroy the group that didn't really do anything to him besides put him in the army far away from his family? Which sorta led to their death.
Still, Heller will kill Alex because ALEX is the reason his family died. He is the one who controlls the infected now.
Also, i don't think he wants those powers, he is now an outcast.

Tell me? Exactly why would BW kill Heller's family? Heller's family wasn't exactly on BW's watch list or anything, and BW only shoots civilians that are in 'Infected' zones. If BW had killed them, it would have been quick and clean. From the quick shots we see, there were plenty of bloodstains and part of the house had been wrecked.

@jerremiaegels Thanatos explained himself quite good: Alex stopped being the main character once Prototype 2 was announced, he no longer is THE main character, now he is the antagonist instead of the protagonist(In dumb: He is now the villain instead of the hero in this game) of the series. Also, Alex pretty much killed Heller's family like he killed everyone else: To survive and to feed. He is the leader of the infection, he's the new Elizabeth Greene.

Alex is the leader of the infection, which killed Heller's family. If BW killed Heller's family, what'd they expect Heller to do? One Sergeant against the entire infection? Nope, they wouldn't. It's unlikely and will never happen. Plus, i think if they wanted to kill Heller's family. They would atleast remove the bodies from the house..
And i stated my point of him being the bad guy THE ENTIRE TIME.
Except in the first game, there he was kinda neutral.

His name isn't Kevin. It's James Heller and his middle name hasn't been given. His team wasn't sent into the Red Zone to find Alex, they were sent in to secure various positions in the Red Zone. But these are known suicide missions. James' entire unit was wiped out, but James fought to the center of the Red Zone alone, which caught Alex's attention which lead to him infecting Heller. There have been no signs that Alex wants to die. You're wrong.
