Deregulation doesn't help large corporations. They are already setup and have more leverage to react to regulation changes. Deregulation helps small businesses because it reduces the hurdles they have to overcome in order to setup.

Money doesn't equal a quality education. California's education has increased over the last decade with some of the least amount of $ spent per pupil. At the other end D.C. schools are failing despite the money spent on them.

If you ever owned a business, then you should know what regulation does to smaller businesses. It creates new rules you have to follow. When its a large corp, they can hire a couple more people to handle the new regulations. For a smaller business they are going to lose much more money complying to new regulations.

Regulation has been a method to create large corps in the first place.

Medicare/medicaid and competition cutting regulations have skyrocketed healthcare cost. Medicare trustees est. income taxes would have to almost double w top rates at 66% to sustain medicare. That will cut incomes by 20%. Gov. has thrown money every year for 30 yrs at education and each year we rank lower on world scale. What does that tell you?
