beta vest and bug blaster are only if Mm contacts you to participate in the beta test of features for lbp you need to send reports often to get the costumes i dont have the bug blaster but i think you need to report bugs whenever you find one to get it

Finally MM patched the crown <.< if they didn't, that crown wouldn't be worth getting. All I have from those are the Spacesuit and the Qore Cap, and also the LB2 Launch T-Shirt its awesome. My favorite from all of them is the Beta Vest :)
