@notOnilink the title screen music and the story intro share the same track. It's split into two parts. Neither of which has anything to do with Dancing Mad.
@Medowin The title screen music plays immediately before Dancing Mad during the final boss fight. It is a part of the three part suite. Perhaps it is not exactly a part of Dancing Mad itself, but it is part of the suite.
@notOnilink Dancing Mad is not the intro music. Omen is. I dont care if you think a part of it sounds similar. It's not the intro. Please stop arguing if you have no idea what you're talking about.
i just beat this game last night for the first time, i was stunned by the artwork, much of what i saw in kefkas tower i would love to hang on my wall if they were repainted (as in not 16-bit =P) Like the three statues, and Kefka's final form as well.
I love the chorus in the beginning and the remix of the Terra's Theme part near the end. The piano is heart-wrenching! I just wish they would replace the guitar in that part with a flute or something.
Fenrir is a giant wolf who is the son of the god Loki in ancient Norse mythology. He's bound with magical chains that will hold until the end of the world, Ragnarok (followed by the rebirth). When he gets loose he kills the god Odin, and his sons Skoll and Hati try to take down the sun and moon, respectively.
ahh, Death on a Snowfield. excellent choice. my favorite remix of "terra" fo sho! it makes the scene feel more eerie when it gets to the part that sounds like machinery
i personally prefer scratchy chiptunes over HQ music but it fits niceley nonetheless. the soft guitar adds a totally different feel to the part where they walk towards narsche
Totally revamping this game on a modern platform would rock! Especially with a remastered soundtrack of such quality. Too bad Square/Enix doesn't like ideas that won't sell, or ones that most definitely will sell! Traditionally, Square Enix has been meticulous about only taking on projects that will 'probably' sell. (Don't understand the middle stance much myself.) The spirits within made theatres, but a lot of people didn't like it. Advent Children... was somehow less worthy???
Bringing FFVI to the next-gen would be breath-taking. I've been day-dreaming about that for quite awhile now. If I ever get the right programs and knowledge to use them, I might take matters in my own hands ;)
Good point about the movies too. When I first seen Spirits Within I was like WTF?!?! I realize no two Final Fantasies are alike (with the exception of FFX-2 and Crises-core), but seriously what in the fuck was that? It wasn't reminiscent of FF at all!
wow.. that was amazing... i wish/hope to God they re-make this game... its an amazing game... and i really liked Terras theme in this video.. its such a sad song.. it made playing the game feel how the characters did... lost, repititous and just a bit of hope... thank you for making this.. its awsome
I always wanted to here the orchestrated version of the ending battle scene to FFVI or somesort of remix that keeps the original feeling intact. I said for a very long time that if we had an truly orchestrated, keeps the original feel of the game, it will blow any rpg music out the water. wow and was I right. Music is speechless. Thank you so much. Shits on todays games.
yeah it does shit on todays games. todays games have no real way of drawing you into them like the games of old did. in the old games you really felt apart of that world and that you were in it instead of watching what happened like in new games that lack total imagination sometimes
dude. FF6 will be freakin epic if there was a remake and omg i can see it, idk if you guys can't but it is the most beautiful out of all the FF games. they should use this song as the opening and mixed with that new graphic and omg....
@JoshuaScott70 At the time it was first released in the US it was FF3 on SNES. They've since rectified that mistake in the numbering and there are version for PS1, GBA, and I think possible NDS called FF6
@KeyBladeFan2626 The real FF2 and 3 never came out in the US so FF4 and 6 became 2 and 3. FF5 didn't come out either until the GBA version. Eventually the missing games came out. FF2 came on the GBA together with the GBA version of FF1 while FF5 came out by itself. FF3 came out on the DS and FF4 and 6 were remade for GBA and FF4 came on the DS aswell. So we got FF1 4 and 6 but never 2 3 and 5.
They re-released it for the playstation one without changes, then remade it for the game boy advance with a few changes. I think I'm alone as the only person that doesn't want this game (or, say, FF7) to be remade at all. These classic games are already perfect.

This is probably what it would sound like if FF3 was completely overhauled and remade today for Playstation.

This isnt a remix of the intro. It's a remix of Dancing Mad, the final boss music.

@notOnilink lol no. The intro music is called Omen and not even the same thing.

The beginning song is a remix of "Dancing Mad" called "Dancing Mad Cantata" if I'm not mistaken.

@saskeuchiha87 Because Squaresoft was awesome. Square Enix, however, not so awesome
