@glogoddess thanks glogoddess - it' s a big plan but should be positive thing for everyone as time goes on, assuming it is informative entertaining and useful - it will be a tricky start as a virtual POW will attract copycats and critics from many places. So these things need time and effort, and it wont please the control freaks and fundamentalists, because it involves sharing ideas about improving the integrity of processes which govern the way people live.

It's merely a way for People of the World to express their opinions, share ideas and vote on proposals that could make the world better. People shouldn't have to wait years to have their vote when we have the technology to express opinions in real time.

But it still recognizes each individual nation as separate (as it should be and will always be).
