  • we know he's old. but he's an animal!

  • mirco crocop es el mejor que ha pasado por el K-1 y por el MMA de la historia no habra ninguno como el es el numero 1

  • Fedor will kill him once again...

  • Cro cop still has the physical fitness and power but for some reason he doesn't have the aggression anymore. 5 years ago he was walking through top fighters but now... did anyone see the fight with Mir? It looked like Crocop was just being really friendly and letting him push him around...it's like he doesn't care anymore

  • Mirko Cro Cop vs Badr Hari In K1???

  • Comment removed

  • He should hang it up. I think his skills are still there, but he doesn't have the mental edge anymore. GSP once said training and fighting is very different. In a fight, it's 90% mental factor.

Mirko hasn't shown the eye of the tiger since OWGP.

  • Oh god GSP SAID IT WE should all FUCKING obey his FUCKING words cause HE is a FUCKING canadian.

  • @NipCatcherz ROFL!

  • @ld871111

    Agree . . . sadly . .

  • @ld871111 He should go back to k-1 and get their heavy weight belt

  • cro cop is the most flexible heavyweight look at the leverage on his kicks an he does what he's best at by keeping it on his feet cause of his td defense

  • a question...i practice mma.how can i kick harder and faster?

  • Repetition on the heavy bag exploding from your stance into a kick. This will condition your body to be more explosive. Also adding a regimented leg day to your workout will increase the strength of your kicks. Make sure you use your hip in the kick too! :D

  • THANK GOD SOMEONE KNOWS SOMETHING ABOUT KICKING

what martial arts are you taking

  • Heavy squats, plyometrics, and practice. Make sure your technique is good too.

  • practice. with a real person holding pads.

that's how i improved my technique. don't waste time kicking bags. bags don't react to ur kicks. if u train in mma, ask someone in ur gym to hold thai pads for u. trust me, ur kicks will improve alot.

  • just train man thats all! tips: do jumpig squats till u make a 90 degrees angle and then jump high as you can! then practice a lot in the bag, one day for force and one day for speed and of course a lot of splits and stretching! u will reach that what u want so quickly u will see! OSU!

  • @mmakyokushin .. who the fuck r u saying that 2?

  • i wish crocop could be more agile and spontaneous when he fights. kinda like shogun. i bet if he trained with some of the trainers from chute box he would definitely lose his one dimensional fighting style. hes still my fav fighter :)

  • what are u talking about

  • Agree with you about his 1 dimensional game plan, but totally disagree with you on his agility. Crocop's agility is probably one of the best in the heavyweight division!

  • I do enjoy the guys HL reels but he's too one dimensional with his striking, (i.e. left hand, left high kick) with the power he has he could do some crucial damage if he threw combos

  • tyler what are you talking about crocop does throw combos dude he throw alot of upper cuts hooks and jabs with a mixture of low and high kicks

  • i kinda agree with that statement he is a bit too one dimensionasl with his striking

  • mirko looked good in this training session, agressive .. tons of punches and low kicks .. his defense wasnt that good and lacked of his usual speed but i thought that he wasnt trying to KO this sparring partners so ... but on stage he looked scared and didnt went for combos and so on.. glad he won against hong man choi, then surgery and i hope to see mirko back.. maybe not to his old self but as a competitive guy
