You can make this easier by using a cheap electric mixer. They come with different attachments, and can be had for about $20 in most major stores. It would get the work done faster and save your arms and wrists from stirring.

I notice your beating the hell out of the mix, I have dry trim from a trim reaper and it comes out green, light and earthy! Its good trim but being its dry its dusty and crappy. Also I use a washer and it beats it way less. O well I grew not for hash but still what a waist!

I hear this is a huge factor in making FMCD, but I heard no mention of it in the video ( which I watched it twice just to make sure.) In fact you call it "frozen shake" which to me raises the thought of the dust at the bottom of my bag, not freshly frozen sugar leaf or small buds. Whatever you decide, you are doing great work, keep it up dood.

The only thing I could imagine the freezer doing is possibly pulling some of the excess water out of the concentrate and freezing it on the surface, therefore when thawed the water is sitting on the surface ready to evaporate more easily. Just a theory though...

@subcool420 Just followed your video using my hashplant haze and super lemon haze trim. Came out gooey sticky gold! Looks similar to yours just more gold! Sativa strains also 90m bag for the win! I use 5 gallon payload bags. Keep up the Video its the best!

If you do your mix in the bucket without a bag and just pour the liquid through the bags after mixing your catch bag won't get as beat up and will last longer.
@subcool420 disagree with what? That beating the inside of your bag with a spoon will cause wear and tear? Or that not doing it will prevent the wear and tear? lol.....

My first set of bags lasted 7 years so I dont see a problem with this method
The entire concept is Quality period not cutting corners or saving time or effort.
The spoon causes zero damage I believe your thinking of the damage caused by a mixer
