Excellent video. I have a problem with an error code 0x80041033 NHS choices folder but I cant find it anywhere? Any help much appreciated. This worked great for me on the other issue I had.

I have a friend that is using outlook 2007. She works for the local school board and they installed some email program that connects to her outlook. She has a few pop3 email account setup to her outlook as well. For some reason she can't send or receive emails. I tested all her email accounts in outlook and they work. However, outlook is not receiving any emails nor sending. I also tried to connect my person gmail account to see if I can send emails and was unable to add it. What is wrong?
