I spin towards right so for me its reversed for Righties. Left hand (LH) hold loop LH lift hoop, hand is in diagonal position Rotate hoop behind head Bring hoop down onto right shoulder drop hoop onto right shoulder as it drops , catch with LH hoop should be behind back step with right leg forward across hoop to toss hoop up swing hoop up with LH step across loop with Right leg towards back into loop toss loop up over body, catch with Right hand , hoop lasso
