  • My aunt has this song on a house CD and she can't find it!!!! arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

  • This song was the best to dance too in the early 90's in LA. Party crews battleing against each other...best ever if you grew up during this time! I'm 35 years old and proud to say we had some good ass music during MY time.

  • I don't speak anybody's Spanish, but I LOVE this song!! The spirit is DEFINITELY coming through on this track. Thanks so much for the upload.

  • This tune (and what a tune it is) reminds me of my 1st true love ....

  • Simply put, one of the greatest House songs of all time. This was more than a song, it was an experience.

  • Her transition from Spanish to English is FABULOUS! And the beat is kick ass !!

  • I think this may be my all time favourite house track ever!

  • I Was Watching NY Undercover And They Played This Song And I Had To Have It!!! I Love It!!!

  • @HerAkanE505 Lol, funny. I seen that exact episode, fell in love with it but also wonders if theres any connection of this song in the Religion Santeria

  • @rwtruler I'm Sure Sense They're Chanting To Yemaya Who From What I Understand Is The Ocean Goddess You Pray To For Good Luck/Travel, Among Other Things. I Believe Ochun Is For Love Too But Both Are Santeria Yoruba religion Practiced In West African and Caribbean As Well As Brazil Too.

  • @rwtruler from what I know she's singing in a dialect of West Africa, some of the Cuban god's like (He is an Orisha, representing the Supreme God Olorun on Earth. The name Babalú-Ayé translates as “Father, Lord of the Earth” and Jude are god from Africa and brought with the slaves to Cuba.., so I guess it a since it is Santeria

  • Cheers for uploading the best version of this tune.

    Utterly fantastic stuff.

  • @Kmesa48012 I play this sort of music. The name is Joseph Colbourne. Look me up for gigs. Still working on holding down a regular residency.

  • @Kmesa48012 DJ Bruno should still spin dope house some nights. He was around for the start of it all in boston during THE LOFT days whenwe were teens

  • @Kmesa48012 I'm not from Boston but i like 30 minutes away in a town called Lawrence. Monday nights theres a house class/jam/bug out/and so on. It's only 1$ to get in and its from 7 to 9:45 its freaking fun.

  • @TheRazoola Yes in deed.. the Best.. I just wish I knew some place up here in Boston that has that old school house.

  • @Kmesa48012 Oh yessss. I agree. The first time I heard this was at Limelight in NYC on a Wednesday night for a party called Res-Erection. The attic room had creaky wood floors and go-go boys. Heaven in a church.

  • @TheRazoola This one of the BEST house dance songs ever!!!!!!! No one can't ever come close to something like this, this is LEGENDARY!!!!!!
