I don't think the government is labeling America as a Christian Nation, i think that a real sense of God is growing in the heats of Americans. if you knew the cure for HIV, would you share it? There is no extra-biblical, extant source of proof that this person ever existed. How can I believe that someone existed without solid, reliable proof of existence? Show me 'the money!' For verifiable facts must be given in order for belief, this is the same as someone believing in Santa or the Great Flying Spaghetti Monster. Definitely not verifiable and provable.

In each pathogen generation, new mutations and gene combinations are generated that then pass through the selective filter of our drugs and immune response. @drjackflash also, i didn't say that evolution and the big bang disproves god (i don't think you can disprove god) i said that those theories disprove Christianity's claims that god created the universe, the earth, and man.
..and since throughout the ages, christianity and religion have adamantly protested the furthering of our scientific knowlege (because it mostly goes against their beliefs).. i have very little doubt that the reasons given by the church for our existence are utterly wrong

Christianity the religion is false... but the relationship of TRUE Christians is real and awesome... not a danger. @fathemi I do understand, but if there is a group of 10 people and 1 of them is an atheist and two are fundies and the other seven are nice christians, when the two fundies gang up to beat up the one atheist and the others just stand by and watch the atheist is not likely to worry about "offending them" by fighting back. I am in America and I have contemplated moving. They have their own militia groups too. TONS of them.

Does anyone really give a damn about what these guys do? So what if they have the schools teaching intelligent design? Kids are all idiots nowadays anyway thanks to their parents, and the schools spend the other 99% of their time teaching kids useless liberal drivel that results in most of them getting their paychecks out of the mailbox on the 1st of the month. Public school will forever be shit long as the teacher's union runs it. Thank God I just read my own books and didn't pay attention.

the fourth of august this year I cried and didn't want to be apart of this sinfull world, I read parts of the bible repented my sins to Jesus and accepting his salvation. The Holy Spirit came to me and raged through my brain and restored my truth, the next day I felt it in my neck and then down my spine, now days later it is settled, my belief changed to wisdom and obedience, I praise the Lord
please don't follow happy evangelism, repent to Jesus, noone comes to the father except through Jesus

It is really bizarre to listen to secularists talk as though Christianity were something new. The Founding Fathers took a Christian culture for granted & expected a normative Christian ethic to prevail in our society. I can produce for all numerous quotes where they decry the possibility of faith being marginalised in our society. Atheist are demanding that public affairs be conducted on a de facto athiest assumption.

You are right, Jesus knows about them too. They do it for the money and the fame, not for the glory of God. Don't worry about them. Most are just misled down the wrong path by these so-called pastors. But if you really wish to hear God or Jesus just pick up a bible, that's why they call it the "Word of God" for a reason. You're not suppose to shove God into people's faces, that's not what He want us to do. We are just trying to awake God's chosen ones, that's all.
