I use the Gambler hand injector and no matter how many times I try, the end near the filter is empty. I'm using American Spirit tobacco. I've watched several of these tutorials, but after countless times it always ends up packed at the front and nearly empty near the filter.

@meannoyu I haven't given up on it, but... it's not really working. There is the possibility that the machine doesn't like the tobacco or the tubes. Probably takes a lot of trial and error

This guy says fill the corners as the ends will become 'dead spots' otherwise, well I hand-roll (and personally find this easier / quicker) but I often leave a small gap either end because when you light the cigarette you burn some of it off regardless (wasted) and you wouldn't usually smoke it right up against the filter either, so this little bit is wasted.

The only problem is that it can sometimes crumple up near the filter end but it's usually fine so long as you don't crush it.

thanks for doing the video. i been rooling my own for awhile now and i just bought the bugler hand injector unit today and i love it. workls great...the tubes cost me $2.30 and a 6 oz. bag of tobacco costs $6.00 ..so for like $9.00 or so, i can roll almost a carton of cigs vs. like $40.00 for a carton of tahoe and even more for name brand-winston, marlboro, etc. thanks...i learned i need to pack my ends first and then the center to be more uniform cigs output from the machine..

Thanks man, I use premier tubes and a dual injector and the instructions with it helps and they have no website. also my Tobaccanist suggest using a little pipe tobacco in the cigarette but make sure to dry it out like you suggested. thanks again.

A pound of Four Aces in NH is $18.95 but its a tax free state. Makes a huge difference. When I'm in NY with my band the same tobacco costs $34.99 and Marlboros are 10 bucks a pack. It's insane.

Yeah the diameter of all tubes are slightly larger than factory smokes. I don't even notice the difference anymore. Unless I smoke a Marlboro then I can tell the difference. I use this machine all the time. It's cheap and works awesome. I use Premier Supermatic tubes and Four Aces Regular tobacco. Closest I've come to Marlboro so far. Great video...

@dadeejayking1 In all the tubes and machines i ever seen or used they have all been king sized. As far as i know they dont make regular size empty tubes like that you would get in a factory made cigarette pack. So iam not sure how to answer your question. I never seen them before

I'm doing this right now with Cherry tobaco. Most of the time there's still empty spaces between the filter rest of the cigarette... but DAMN it tastes GOOD!
