ive been to new zealand before and i gotta say i admire the maori people and the culture. its just so unique and great. That was the first time, though, that on new years a friend who was at that moment shitfaced started talking to a maori guy. the guy, ofc, thought he was making fun of him cause he wasnt talking in english. I tried to tell him whats going on but he was already throwing the first punch and knocked me on the ground. great time though, i love new zealand and its people.
