If a supreme court rulling made this possible why couldn't it just be challenged at the supreme court level to be overthrown? WHY do people keep wanting a constitutional ammendment? The Constitution just needs to be followed and any "law" that was passed can just be targeted. I actually wrote the FCC about FOX calling itself "news" when it is, for the most part, commentary. I got a response "The Communications Act and First Amendment to the Constitution prohibit any action by the FCC that would interfere with free speech in broad-casting. It goes on and on about censorship and freedom of speech. We cannot depend on the spoken nor written word to be factual anymore. We can't even depend on our elected representatives to be truthful. We are on our own...
