Our St. Bernard is the same way. Laying in the snow beats the forced-air heat of our home any day. We allow them inside always but she'd rather be outside and hangs her head when she has to come in.
@leogatobhzte they have pretty heavy coats, and really enjoy the cold weather. My older dog Titan gets particularly inspired when it snows. He gets extra playful and takes naps in the snow drifts.

We have two Berners, an adult female and a younger male Berner. They play together exactly like your dogs. We live in Florida so sadly, our dogs don't get to experience snow. They do okay though and are actually acclimated to the weather here. Their coats don't get thick and it does get very hot here but they don't seem to mind. I keep my dogs inside in the ac most of the time but they always want to be outdoors.

@amrene Thank you. I wish i could have one bernese but i live in a tropical country so buy a bernese is not a good ideia.
