After he's done one sick trick that no other skater has done, comes another sick trick that no other skater has done.That isn't the case with daewon. Anything daewon does technically has been seen done either by other pros, or by Mullen.

It kind of sucks that you never really see pros that skate at this level anymore. Daewon, Rodney, Chris, even Ryan are all skate gods. I really hope there are more skaters like this in the future.

Rob Dyrdeck has done so much for skateboarding, he has a show which gets thousands of kids to skate, he's building skateparks in towns that have nowhere to skate, and his street league which is making skating even MORE popular. And Rob can skate better than you can piss in a toilet.

Thanks for posting this! I really wish people would use Daewon as their influence vs some of your more typical "daredevil" pros. I think Daewon and Rodney are highly under appreciated for the simple fact that they're not jumping down a 60-stair set or doing your typical "handrail" tricks. I actually asked Daewon why he doesn't get too crazy on the handrail thing; he said he doesn't want to end his career over one horrible trick fail, as he has seen with other pros. I tend to agree. ^_^

I really don't see anyone (excepts his teammates) doing his tricks... or riding his boards. It actually hurts my feelings, being a childhood friend of Daewon. I see nothing but the same tricks day in and day out from a lot of people, pros included. I'm glad skating is still popular as f*ck, but... its people like Daewon, Rodney, and PJ Ladd that push the envelope and... "create" stuff.
