I remember this in the early 90's!!!, my then g/f lived next door to me and said "listen to this record!!", I thought it was a brilliant novelty and tried to see if our dog reacted to it!lol!!.

The b-side was very much the same, only the barking was not so frequent. I think they guy who did this was German, and also made the top 40 under his own name. This made something like #31.
