Milyang is a name of the town this song was born, and Arirang means the beautiful god.. or something else.. it's ancient Korean language so no one knows the actual meanings.. there's a phrase "ari ari rang, sri sri rang.." it reminds me of the Buddhism. you know "sri lanka"? i heard sri means beautiful in their buddhism.
