Hi, I`m a new learner to LEGO toys. The job u done on this crane is awesome. Would you paste some pics or links about what you replied 7 motors (2xl) 4 ir receiver, 2 battery pack , 1 linera actuator (set/8294), please? Bc I have no idea about those, are they all including in the Power Function box? Thank you~~
That is a beast, I have two 8275's sets what else would I need to power function my 8421, have any more detailed instructions or photos you could point me to?
When I was about 8 years old I got my first lego set for my birthday and with it came the catalogue and this crane was in the catalogue it was so beautiful, this was like one of my dreams to get this crane. I didn't even know it could move on its own and all that, it just looked so cool. I'm over 20 now but I might just buy this crane, better late than never :)
r u able to control all of those motors of one remote?

I like the way you managed to keep the looks of the original, while adding the motors, excellent work!

Excellent work, just planing to make a similar crane but with 5 or 6 axles, and also fully motorized. Congrats!
