It's a shame, really. This was a great game, but "Cartel" was utter shit. And I think I know why: this wasn't received well in the west (no pun intended), and they saw that games like CoD were making shittons of money. Answer? Make a generic FPS game.that people would like, because people only ever like generic FPS games nowadays.

Though Dead Island should be a good apology for that mess. Development of the game is showing much promise X3

Call of Juarez only lets you kill animals and enemies (no civies) I would get Red Dead first, but if you don't like seeing fat naked chicks and sex during gameplay, then don't get Red Dead.

And the multiplayer is awesome and specially the Wild West Legends ranked match game - it's like defuse maps in counter strike. And there is a wide variety of weapons to choose from, from quickshooter guns, heavy scoped rifles, Native American bows, shotguns, sawn-off, many other revolvers and much much more. I love this game and I am addicted to it. My advice, buy it.

Stop comparing games to each other, and view them separately. Like this: I played this game non stop for two days now and I love it. It has a great replay value since you can play the game again on very hard difficulty and play online with great players that don't cheat, camp or annoy you. The graphics are amazing and the storyline is very well put. I also hope there will be another part of this game, like Call of Juarez with something else other than bound in blood that follows it.

i know what you mean, but it was a rifle, no a shotgun, and also, shotguns DO have a killing range of 90 meters.

i don't recall the gatling and the rocket launcher in the game though, so luckily they edited them out :)
