OMG i remember that Music!! I did this workout for 5 months. Of course i alternated between the 3 levels. I love this workout, but lost my copy and cant find it in the stores. Could you post the dvds 3 levels?
@girlstylist41 Probably should talk to your physician before exercising anyway; however, I think you could still do the lower body part of jumping jacks without moving your arms. Better than nothing :)
@girlstylist41 Just pretend to jump rope with your wrists at your hips. Rotate wrists and jump at the same pace as they are in the video. Same cardio, no arm/shoulder rotation.

I cant swing my arms up because of a pinched nerve do u think i can eliminate the jumping jacks

you all let your knees turn inside when you go down on the jumping jacks...shouldn´t do that
