BTW, I always got a muddy puck if I fill the water bowl the way you done it.
After some trial, I found using shot glass that 2 oz of water will touch the edge of the rib if I let mypressi lay rest in the table. But it will touch the middle of the rib if I handle it straight flat.
Nice product if I was going camping :)

How quick do you want then? How about 17 seconds...

Nice video.
I'm curious about the glasses, I guess those are the Bodum but which size? Thanks

@2:05 try about 7 grams per 30 mL shot.

Great video! A few questions for you.
1. How long does each n2o cartridge last? Are they expensive? Difficult to find?
2. How well does this work with pre-ground espresso. I use Illy from the can.
Thanks.

To get a dry puck, run all the water through before releasing. If it makes too much, use less water the next time. Enjoy!

great video. :-)
BTW I have use your water filling method, but always got muddy puck. So it means maybe I have put too much water
To check, I try using my shot glass, fill it with water and dump it in the water bowl and see where the water level goes.
I found that 2oz of water will be around the middle of the rib if in flat position but will be in the edge of the rib if I rest it in the table.

nice and simple design,
no motors or gears to break.
looks like something that would fly out of the Death Star.
