Eric and Alex share leads, Greg is insane with his all over the place baselines, all of the drummers (since theyve had alot) can fuckin wail of everything and rule the double bass and kick ass, and Chuck's voice is so god damn epic and powerful.

Not only are they all amasing at playing, they have awesome stage prescence, and look cool as fuck doing it.
