I am Australian. I think this song is about forgetting our cultural differences and remembering that at least 50% of our population were originally immigrants from Europe. Our original owners were the Aboriginal people. We have since then grown we are now a mix of Originals owners and Original immigrants but also so many new cultures have joined the Australian Culture like Asian Backgrounds etc. What a laid back lovely bunch of people we are because we are all Australian
