I remembered the HK local news talked about this case when I went back around December 2008. I can't believe it's a little over 2 years and still, no one has found her

The question I want to ask is, was she captured at CKM or was she captured outside CKM? I couldn't find anything on whether she left the CWB MTR station safely. surely, there are cctv cameras at all entrances/exits right?

@heavenssdin They police have looked at all available video. They have been investigating this case for almost two years. We thank the Hong Kong police for all of their efforts. We want to help the police and have the world look for Ani.

I am not sure but i am 13 and on thursdays i go to my tutor in wan chi but i go through east tst to wan chi station and i tink i might have seen her on the train i am not sure because many people look like her in hong kong but i think i have seen her on the mtr line

Please post some photots of a tired, perhaps a bit bedraggled Ani, as, if she has been captive, drugged, or ill, she could look very different from the photos on the web. What did she like to do..hiking/museums/volunteer??­? What kind of foods did sh like/ (At what kind of restaurant might she tend to eat?)

I know how it fills, when you loosing someone you know. My friend's friend got lost when she was 12. ='( it happened 9month ago. Her parents are missing her a lot. We still don't know where she is.

Just a thought since she's into yoga... may be she's gone into a yoga/cult retreat in India or Japan. Lately I had heard that an Armenian guy from LA had gone for a retreat in Japan & nobody could contact him... Authorities in HK should have a record of her departure from the country as they usually collect the departure cards whether by bus/train to China or by air to anywhere else.

1. Why is the media hiding this info from the public and why was this not on the news earlier?

This is very big news here as expats rarely go missing. This should have been plastered on all the front pages of newspapers here and on tv so people could call in if they see her.

What are they doing in China about this?

The authorities are currently investigating. They recently provided one piece of evidence that may help. Ani made withdrawls from an ATM at CAUSEWAY BAY/MTR STATION.

The Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade is very aware of the disappearance of this Canadian citizen. Canadian authorities in Ottawa and Hong Kong are providing consular assistance to the family.

While the authorities are helping, we want everyone in Hong Kong looking for Ani. Please pass this video along.

I saw this in the paper yesterday. Why isn't this front page news? A Canadian goes MISSING in Hong Kong???? We need to step up to find this girl. Get her picture out there !
