You can't estimate the time span of 7 generations by multiplying the lifetime of individuals by the number of genrations. If those people had children at, say, age 20, the 7 generations takes only 140 years. That is the total span is 800 + 120 = 920 years
Also, it's really astounding how moronic these people are. Beyond the blatant absurdity of T-Rex as an herbivore, eating plants still involves death -- the death of the plant. So in the creationist scenario death was already in the world either way.

It's entirely possible to fit 4 or 5 generations of a family into a single century, if each lasts about 20 years before the next is born. But still, the idea of 800 year old people is ludicrous.
