Yet they swim mostly daily and they swim from early age , which is antropologickaly speaking the best way for child to get propper body development, via swimming . Most of swimmers say how they dontb have any specific diet but majority loves fish ( irony LOL ) and chicken both being great protein sources. Hope this helps
