I'm surprised the Rei Transformation from End of Evangelion isn't here. The entire sequence has to be the most fucked up thing I've ever seen. Tetsuo's comes ridiculously close to it. The Tetsuo one is hard to beat, but these others IMHO are pretty weak... If I may make a few suggestions, in regards to animes with mutation scenes: Check out "Urotsudoji" (which is sick) also if you can find "Baoh" that's pretty cool too. As well as "Blood" and "Supernatural Beast City" (a.k.a. Wicked City) There is also some cool mutations in the "Guyver" Bio Booster Armor (the 2nd series) many more, but I'll stop here. Thank you.
